Embracing your Child's Natural Curiosity!
Treetops Early Childhood Center is passionate about providing a child-focused learning environment that offers a wide range of activities and experiences that meet all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) program. The homerooms are equipped to meet the needs of your child through their progressive stages of development.
Babies - 45 days to 11 months
The baby room is a comfortable space for babies to feel at home in a natural and secure setting. Our infants are provided with a multi-sensory environment, peaceful rest opportunities, furniture and materials to encourage developmental milestones, and loving care and supervision. Activities in the infant room include free floor time, discovery of the senses, motor development, music and movement, nature exploration, and relaxation and slumber.
Toddlers - 12 months to 2 Years
In the Toddler classroom, children are exposed to age-appropriate materials that stimulate the absorbent mind and encourage natural curiosity. Toddlers spend their time exploring a variety of basic lesson materials in all areas, to facilitate both large and small motor development as well as lots of sensory exposure!
Preschool – 2 to 3 Years
The Preschoolers are enthusiastically developing more curiosity and motor skills. Treetops Nursery provides a carefully planned environment to preschoolers that allows for various hands-on sensorial discoveries, social interactions, and individual achievements.
Foundation Stage 1: FS1 – 3 to 4 Years
Our FS1 program’s classroom environment has been carefully designed to inspire each child to discover his/her learning style through exploration of the materials and through discovering his/her role within a nurturing community. The environment of the classrooms acts as a “third teacher”, particularly in our school readiness programs. Foundational learning in these areas will aid the transition to school life.
Foundation Stage 2: FS2 – 4 to 5 Years
At 5 and 6 years of age, children are now entering a new stage of development, They are ready to begin the reading journey, and this opens up a whole new world in their eyes. They are now able to bring all their learning together and use it towards investigations. We call this stage ‘School Readiness’ and a combination of play-based and teacher-led experiences will help children develop various interests.
